2. Services Offered

AstroVakta provides astrology consultation services, personalized Kundali reports, gemstone recommendations, and educational courses. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

3. Booking & Payments

• Consultation bookings are subject to slot availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless "Pay Later" is selected.
• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows without prior cancellation will not be refunded.
• Report orders once processing has begun cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and reports, is the property of AstroVakta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
